My 10 month old loves this book. You can't help but sing when you read it and it's got great rhythm and adorable illustrations. It was a hit the first time we read it.
My 15 month old loves this book. He often pulls it from his book shelf to "pretend read" to himself. When I read it to him he loves pointing the different animals and saying their names and then saying the sound they make. My son loves it when I sing the words and really exaggerate when I make the animal noises. We take this book with us sometimes to the petting/barnyard zoo and match the animals. It is a good book for toddlers, preschoolers may find it a bit simple and might be bored by it.
This is an awsome book for really young kids. My son loves pointing at the farm animals and making the sounds with me. The pictures are really simple and funny. We sing the barnyard song and even act out the dance sometimes. He really gets a kick out of this book
