This is a great book for toddlers and young preschoolers. They love the simple drawings and there aren't too many words per page for kids to get bored. The small size makes it easy for small children to hold the book themselves and "read" it alone.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book. I loved it as a child and my son loves it. He loves the board books and loves following the lines with his finger. I talk to him about drawing when we read this book.
Talk about a book that lasts the test of time. It’s a wonderful story of following and trusting your dreams. The illustrations are simple and effective and Harold has the cutest little face you just want to squeeze.
Another great book. This one is great because my daughter loves to follow the story as it progresses. I will say we have to keep crayons away from her for at least an hour after reading this book. Our daughter has it memorized now and loves it.
